We’re a bit stuck with this one but what we do know is that this is related to Easy Anti-Cheat, seeing as you can play on the ‘Modded’ realm with no problems.

Firstly please check that the Easy Anti-Cheat service is enabled by:

  1. Open the Command Prompt as an administrator
  2. Enter the command:
    services.msc
  3. Locate Easy Anti-Cheat within the list and double-click it
  4. Change ‘Startup Type’ to ‘Manual’
  5. Save the changes

Next step would be to perform a a Selective Startup. This can help diagnose whether a background application is interfering with Easy Anti-Cheat. This can be performed by:

  1. Press the Windows key
  2. Type ‘msconfig’ and select ‘System Configuration’
  3. On the ‘General’ tab, select ‘Selective Startup’
  4. Deselect ‘Load startup Items’
  5. Reboot your PC
  6. Re-launch Vermintide 2 and see if the issue persists

She could check her launcher log, it might have a clue (depends on various things). It's found in

C:\Users\NAME\AppData\Roaming\Fatshark\Vermintide 2

near the bottom of the log is an Exit Code log item.

10:24:44.917 [Launcher] [Launch Game] [Process Exit] Exit code: 0x00000000

for example.

This is GPU-related. If this becomes a recurrent issue you may wish to look through this article: https://support.fatshark.se/hc/en-us/articles/360034654593--PC-How-to-Resolve-GPU-Crashes

In order to meet the requirements for average price per item in a bundle, we had to temporarily increase the individual item prices in some regions to meet the bundle requirements (still yields a decent discount, if a little less than it would have been at the normal prices). This seemed to satisfy the individual bundles in the affected regions, but I think the deeper discount applied by the complete bundle causes this requirement not to be met in Russia, Mexico and Turkey I believe. Why it dissappeared? I couldn’t say, by all accounts it shouldn’t have been live in the first place.

We’re figuring this out for the future, we weren’t aware of this restriction going in to this event. Unfortunately it’s too late to see a revised price approved in time for the end of the event, so sadly we cant offer the complete bundle in this regions I mentioned above. The items are still available at slightly less of a discount in their individual bundles, however.

Hi Morlog,

Can you please provide a screenshot of any and all errors displayed?

Thank you in advance!

Happens due to a hiccup in our backend where DLCs will sporadically "unlink" and eventually subsequently re-link

Just restart the Steam client, sometimes required several times

It’s what we might call “fluff”.

See you in the lobbies!

Ah perhaps we added a controller option to the PC UI, I’ll need to double check. This whole ‘supporting two UIs’ thing needs to change ;D

We did add those in the most recent update I think.

  1. There is a cap, and a cap-cap, I believe. I don’t think it’s entirely intended however. We intentionally have the cap lower than the max it can be to avoid potential issues that could arise, and allow for expansion in the future if truly needed. (in thinking more on this, I believe the cap may be 750 items, and the cap-cap 1000).
  2. It’s on my wishlist for sure. It’s been one of those QOL changes which hits a roadblock with our intent to look at that system as a whole, an intent we haven’t yet quite got around to giving a big push.

I had a dig about in there, I have to say it’s not particularly intuitive. Doesn’t seem to be much control we have over putting things in the Points Store. I’ll email Valve and see if they have any pointers.

The limit is around 1000 items last I checked, which is a fair amount of stuff to be hoarding up. The worst offenders for hogging space now would be cosmetics and deeds. We have added ways players can more quickly salvage their stockpiles of items in recent weeks which can help those who had a big old pile of trash they couldn’t face breaking down.

We don’t have plans to increase the storage capacity of inventories. The difference between V1 where inventories were limitless and V2 where they’re capped is in V1 we used our own backend system, and in V2 we use a third party platform for it where you can’t just add limitless data.

This is a good thing, V1 inventories could get so large that the player could no longer log in. :expressionless:
