Awesome work on last week’s contest! We loved your historical, fictional camouflages as well as your decoration collection, they really captured our imaginations. The three most popular and three selected by us will get 300 GE. See the winners down below!

Introducing a new set of rare decals for your vehicles! This time the heraldry of military forces of the nations familiar to War Thunder players is complemented by the emblems of the Argentinian Air Force and South African tankers - not very common guests in our digests.

Swift eagles of the USSR and Japan, elephant twins, nimble Israeli cobra or majestic crown of the British hussars - choose your own special decal!

  • Speed, altitude, ammo and torpedo indicators have been restored to the aircraft HUD.
  • Flight parameters, engine and ammo indicators have been temporarily switched back to the old interface, with colour selection disabled. The new HUD version will be back when found issues are resolved.

Meet two very unusual Premium jets from the upcoming Danger Zone update: The Saudi Lightning F.53 with fancy rocket pods, and the Italian Ariete - a light twin engined jet fighter based on Sagittario 2.

Lightning F.53 One of the fastest jet interceptors in the game reinforcing the land war! The Lightning F.53, resplendant in Royal Saudi Air Force livery, was an export version of the well-known F.6 modification equipped with pylons for bombs and rockets. The fun fact is, that part of the pylons are mounted above the wings! The fighter could carry up to 144 SNEB anti-tank unguided rockets, complemented with up to 48 RN rockets in the rocket bay, and 540 or 1,000 lbs bombs. The ‘Danger Zone’ update brings the long-anticipated rewind in replays! Read our DevBlog about the new feature and how it works in War Thunder.

Rewind in replays has been amongst the most requested features for players for a long time. This tool is useful not only for ordinary players who want to see details of a cool moment of the past battle. It is also needed by the content creators of our huge War Thunder community, masters of video and graphic editors.

Previously, we tried to solve the problem of navigation in game replays, but it was impossible to solve the issue quickly and easily due to the peculiarities of the game engine and replay recording algorithms. In one of our Q&A sessions, we even made an official statement that this feature is not planned for the game.
