That same model of F-16 was being worked on alongside the others, slightly behind. We made it clear from the first dev streams that the ADF was being worked on and close, with a possibility it may make it in time. I don't think you have the full comprehension of what goes into a 3D model and the planning, resources, time, scheduling and everything else surrounding content deployment. What your asking for is an F-16C. Its not the same as the ones we have in game.
A new model of F-16 is not going to come overnight just because a particular nation doesn't have BVR on there's yet. Some nations didn't even get a new top fighter at all this patch. So perhaps put things in a larger perspective before making unreasonable claims and demands.

And we just had the major update 2 days ago. I'm not sure why you think a brand new model and variant can be slapped together so fast and would just be released into the game on a whim because you asked for it in that way. We add new content in major updates. There will no doubt be new additions next year.
The devs have revisited the matter several times. It matches its correct values.
That's an entirely later and different variant of F-16.

Rounds are issued at the discretion of the developers. Vehicles may not always have every shell available too them as they can sometimes be added later if required for balancing. Currently its intended for this vehicle to not have FAPDS.
As for any other issues, please submit a report, and we can pass them on for review.
