We currently have a bug were recrafting doesn’t work if you attempt to recraft a piece that is not at max durability.

Fortunately, reagents aren’t consumed or anything like that. It just quietly fails.

We’re working on a hotfix for this.

Since the launch of Dragon Isles content, our live operations and server engineering teams have been working non-stop to address several unexpected performance issues. Some of these were fixed with realm restarts that took place earlier today in all regions, and other performance issues are still being worked on.

This is a top priority, and we expect to deploy additional fixes over the next day.

We had over 4k streamer names in as of last week when we first posted. The update on launch day was to add an additional 100 streamers to the pool who wanted to take part in the promotion.

The Dragonflight expansion is now live. Please read on for a list of known issues that we’re working on, and further information about this update.

• Shattered Restoration does not increase the healing of Soul Fragments from Shattered Souls, and does not update the tooltip values of Shattered Souls.
• Infernal Armor thorns damage tooltip value does not update with second rank with talent point unallocated.

Update at 8:45 p.m. PST:
We have resolved or minimized the initial issues that players were experiencing and many people are now leveling in the Dragon Isles. We are actively monitoring the realms while we continue to work on some issues like latency while looting.

We’ve seen this happen to players who experienced the bad luck of getting disconnected while loading into the game. We’ve developed a hotfix for that specific scenario, and the hotfix should be coming to all realms soon.

But the hotfix won’t retroactively recreate what was lost. To make sure you keep your custom UI (and so that you can use it elsewhere, if you like), you’ll want to export and save it outside the game.

While in-game, hit and then:

1. Select Edit Mode.
2. Select the layout you wish to export from the dropdown.
3. Open the dropdown and select the Share option.
4. Select the Copy To Clipboard sub-option.

    • Fixed an issue with Unholy Aura rank 2 not correctly increasing the damage of your summons by the intended amount.

We are aware of an issue that is affecting our authentication servers, which may result in slow or failed login attempts. We are currently investigating the cause and will provide updates as they are available.

Air Primal Storms are now up in Un’goro Crater!

Don’t fret if you’re unable to collect all four Dimmed Primeval elemental items for the Heirloom trinket before the Tempest Unleashed event ends, they can be obtained once again in the Dragonflight Primal Storms.
