Nintendo Switch Plains of Eidolon Remaster: Update 24.6.2

A brand spanking new Plains of Eidolon with bushes to boot is here! We’ve included everything from PC Hotfix 24.5.2 to 24.6.2.1, which includes the big mama mainline Update 24.6.0, making the download size for this update roughly ~2 GB. 

This will bring Warframe’s total size to around 20.5 GB on Nintendo Switch. For our Tenno out there who have not equipped their Nintendo Switch with an SD card and have no other games downloaded, this update will bring us very close to the base memory allowance. As we continue to update, we will eventually hit the maximum capacity on SD-less Nintendo Switches. We have done remaster updates in the past to make room with newer updates, but it will become increasingly difficult to maintain this as more content becomes available to our Nintendo Switch Tenno.

Hello Console Tenno!

Just a quick heads up that the next rotation of Buried Debts Thermia Fractures will last for 1 week as opposed to the usual 2 weeks.

This is to sync all platforms moving forward to have the same switch to flip for Thermia Fractures to go live. Less wires crossed the better!

Thermia Fractures will exist for the normal 2 weeks after this once has concluded.

Hey Tenno! Would like to clarify and reiterate the adjustments we’ve made to TennoGen releases on Console. First things fist, we want to reassure you that we are continuing to license out TennoGen for all Platforms. Any kind of delay thus far should not be taken as a halt in TennoGen release on Console. Our goal has not changed: We want to have transfers of the same items launch across PS4, XB1, and Nintendo Switch. 

TennoGen Round 14 came out at a busy time and unfortunately the transfer timeline suffered because of it --- these delays aren’t something we’re happy with, and efforts are being made to prevent that kind of delay from happening again. In addition to the unfortunate delay, we know that the partial transfers are a point of contention in the community. We want to keep offering these items to our console Tenno, but changes are necessary to make it sustainable.

Hey jhj82! This was a known issue across PS4, XB1, and Switch today. The team has found a fix, and today's Sortie is now good to go!

Hey guys! 

We got reports that the first mission of the recent Sortie turnover (Plains of Eidolon incursion) was not triggering any kind of objective marker when loaded in, meaning the mission could not be completed. This is a bug that will be fixed in the upcoming Plains of Eidolon Remaster update on PS4, XB1, and Switch. 

But in the meantime, we have swapped it out for a Grineer Exterminate mission on Eurasia, Earth so that you can get your Sortie in for the day! If you are already logged in, please restart Warframe to receive the change.

So sorry about this - a ticket with support can get you your items, and it's fixed with the Cert build I believe.

We didn't grab Update 24.7.0 that had those changes, so duel energy will be the same as when it originally launched in the POE remaster for PC :)
