Hi all -

If you've been watching our Streams you'll know we plan to remaster the visuals of the Plains of Eidolon. You can expect this hopefully today on PC (stay tuned).

As a part of the Remaster Spirit, we have done a 'Economy Remaster Lite' on aspects of Cetus!

We are letting you know a head of time to plan or tell your Clanmates - information is everything :). Leave comments below once you've checked out the details. Here we go:

POE / CETUS ECONOMY REMASTER LITE:

Now that we have returned to Cetus and the Plains of Eidolon with a visual remaster, we are applying some Economy Remaster Lite changes in an effort to apply our continued learnings. These are essentially the improvements in the Fortuna economy, applied in our debut Open World of Cetus.

- Replaced Arcane Blueprints with Arcanes in Quills Offerings meaning that Arcanes no longer need to be built.

How about going one step beyond? In cases similar to rhino, why not give it a buff depending on how high in the air it is? Longer start up and more situational, but more power. Could be a fun dynamic!

I think the Rhino stomp needs it's own custom animation if you let us use it from the air. The animation you showed here, almost looks like he's teleporting to the ground, which is a little jarring. 

 

Kinda the same with Trinity here, since her feet are totally flat and it looks like she's standing on nothing. But I like the idea! Just needs some fleshing out.

So in both these cases, please note, this is still early days. This is a 'proof of concept' obviously, but suggestions like these will certainly...

Hello! We're on the case (for PS4, XB1, and Switch) and this should be resolved shortly. Check back in the Vallis to see if you can place a canister and see the progress bar appear 🙂

So, what if we got rid of restrictions on air-casting?

As many of you are aware, Warframe has been adapting and changing up gameplay to make it smoother and much more ‘Space Ninja’ in its action. Recently we have seen the introduction of the Melee Rework: Phase 1 (which is still in progress), but as an interesting side effect, we have found that some new systems that we have introduced could potentially be applied to other game systems... in this case, Ability use.

Right now, there are certain powers that just cannot be cast in the air. Some of those powers are easy to address, and we simply remove the restriction. Voilà! However, some of the powers would look a little... strange. While we want to be magical space ninjas, stomping the air bends the suspension of dis...

Equinox Prime: Hotfix 24.5.8.1 is now live!

Riven Changes (for real):
As mentioned in our previous Riven Workshop, the Equinox Prime Access which just released brings with it the first in a series of regular Riven disposition tweaks!  A full breakdown of the Riven disposition changes can be found in the Developer Workshop:

Nightwave Fixes:

• Fixed Hive Sabotage missions not counting towards the ‘Cache Hunter’ Nightwave Act. 

Fixes:

• Fixed inability to switch firing modes with the Stradavar Prime.
• Fixes towards Equinox Prime’s cloth clipping with the Isabeau Prime Syandana.
• Fixed a UI-lock when typing random letters in the Syndicate Relic Offerings quantity box.

We have a fix coming for this in a very near Hotfix today! 

Today's Hotfix included two changes that will improve stability on the Orb Vallis! More to come:

1. Optimized significant performance deterioration when talking to Vent Kids on the Orb Vallis; this was most noticeable during the initial dialogue when starting a K-Drive Race.
2. Fixed certain Transmissions encountering a script failure
