That line is tied to the Orbiter's radio and has a radius (distance) setting on it.  If you walk away from the radio it will gradually fade out.

Kitgun Changes:

• Changed the following when Thunderdrum Loader is used with Catchmoon Chamber:
  • Critical Chance increased from 13% to 17%
  • Status Chance decreased from 35% to 28%

Changes:

• Reduced the Affinity gained from killing Coolant Raknoids from 1500 to 300.
• Refined the end of mission screen for Thermia Fracture progress to show you what you received in that single mission vs. a cumulative total, which could be misleading. 
• Hildryn can now use Shields for Melee Channeling!
• Selecting the Foundry notification in the UI will now take you to the appropriate Foundry screen to claim.
• Updated the Neutron Star Augment description to match updated behaviour.

I can see from the logs you were not kicked for typo-ing this at all, you were actively trying to discuss slurs, and this is an effort to stir up drama based on the entire context of your posts.

I am locking this thread with your chat logs of your attempts to say 'coon'.

  yeah honestly that word is almost exclusively used as a slur
  true, but monkey isnt predominantly used as a slur
  (oon is predominantly used as a slur in games yeah

I think it's worth noting the active state of things:

1) Professional Chat Moderation + Bots - the majority of oversight and reporting goes through paid professionals as of December 2018 (3.5 months ago) and our bot is our ever-present janitor.

Your neutral points about improving kickbot are noted.

This should be fixed now.

Buried Debts: Hotfix 24.4.3

Changes:
- Increased the Coolant Raknoids chance to even drop a Mod for 10% to 30%, thus increasing the drop rate of Wise Razor (and all Mods on the enemy). The Drop table site will be updated when office hours resume.
- Made a small optimization to multi-core core processing.

Fixes:
- Fixed a major issue with the Vor's Prize entering a soft lock if you hover on the ability videos and hit Continue. 
- Potential fixes for crashes on very old integrated graphics processors.
-Fixed looping sounds when firing the Ignis/Ignis Wraith as reported here:

- Fixed slow-loading black screen on Warframe Ability videos.

We will investigate this problem. Right now, I'm playing with a Wired XB360 Controller with no issue, so we're trying to determine the problem!

NOTE/WORKAROUND: We think this is related to launching through Steam. Restarting Steam may be enough to solve this issue, please verify if this helps you (it appears to have helped others).

What controller setup are you using? My wired xb360 controller is working totally fine.

Hey 98Octane! The instant equip should work with gear items too, you can use your left and right mouse button to switch back to our scanner/ laser.

Melee Phase 1: 'Flow' Changes:

Tenno, thank you kindly for your feedback, videos, and reactions so far on last night's Melee changes! We've been live for less than 24 hour with Phase 1 and we're going to start experimenting a little bit with some feedback. Our first experiment has to do with players who are truly committed to 'The Sword Alone'. 

• Manual blocking/parry has been added when players wield only a Melee weapon in a mission (i.e NO Secondary or Primary equipped). This is possible because in this specific state, the keybindings are free to allow this manual blocking. We do not plan on adding it to any other state yet. The default keybind for this is RMB/Right Mouse Button, as it was in the past. 

Controller Changes & Fixes:

• Melee Channeling can no longer be rebound on Controller due to it completely breaking Melee ...

This is an intentional change, it was missing from the patch notes, however.

The patch notes have been updated to reflect the change, but the initial intent is that Parkour should break invisibility granted by Prowl.

Hildryn's files are now available on the Steam Workshop!

Like Baruuk, Garuda, and Revenant who came before her, she uses new tech and thus is missing textures in her ZIP file. It’s on you as the creator to make these maps yourself without any reference files.

Below is a list of what is included in the ZIP: 

• Normal
• Emissive
• Tintmask
• Body and Helmet meshes

To be clear, you are expected to still make the specular, roughness, and diffuse maps -- we simply can’t send you a reference for comparison.
