Koumei's files are now available on the Steam Workshop!

Like all of our Warframes since Revenant, Koumei uses new tech and thus is missing textures in the ZIP file. It’s on you as the creator to make these maps yourself without any reference files. Below is a list of what is included in the ZIP:

• Normal
• Emissive
• Material ID Mask (Tintmask)
• Body and helmet meshes

To be clear, you are expected to still make the specular, roughness, and diffuse maps -- we simply can’t send you a reference for comparison.

The time has come again! Hotfixing will be paused while we lock in for Warframe: 1999 (releasing in December!) and the separate Xaku Prime release, which is coming November 13!

One important note: during this downtime, the iOS team may continue to Hotfix to tackle performance improvements exclusive to the Mobile platform!

Hi Tenno, can you clarify which iOS device you are playing on? i.e. iPhone XR, iPhone 15, iPad Pro? etc? Devices have different screen dimensions and this may be a contributing factor. If you could also send us a screenshot of what you are seeing, that would greatly help our QA team understand what you're experiencing.

Hi Tenno, can you clarify which device you are playing on? This should not be the case. Can you show in a screenshot what you are seeing when you try to access Saya's Vigil? Is it a pop up, or are you experiencing a crash?

We’ve deployed a small iOS update that addresses a memory leak causing crashes and performance issues, introduces Railjack improvements on mobile, and more.

While we are calling this a hotfix, it is actually a small CERT update (learn more about what that means here). Depending on your Automatic App Update preferences, you may need to manually update the app.

Fixes

• Fixed a memory leak introduced in the previous hotfix that caused an increase in crash reports and performance issues.

Changes

• Added back the Plains of Eidolon and Cambion Drift to the Open by Landscapes that can be accessed on low end devices (devices with 3GB RAM).
  • When entering these areas, players will see a warning about device performance, but will be able to enter the area at their own discretion. We continue to work on improving the performance for high and low end devices. ...

With Trinity and Nyx’s light reworks approaching, how do you feel about these two frames in Conclave? 

We wanted to gather your thoughts regarding how they/their abilities perform, function, feel, etc., currently within Conclave. We’ll keep these notes in mind as we tinker with Trinity and Nyx (and to avoid breaking anything on the Conclave side).

You are right that your device should not be struggling with this content! We have an update coming in the next couple days that will address the memory leak issue reported since Hotfix 10.
