Confirmed -- only if they don't have armor equipped. Extra nakey Kubrows will be fixed in our next hotfix. Thanks for the report!

Hello Jawnjay! The glyph should be called "For My Brother Patch Glyph" which I am seeing in your account, could you relog and double check if you can see said glyph.

Edit: The inbox is showing the wrong glyph, but the correct glyph was added to your account last week.

This unfortunately requires a code fix, so it will be fixed in our next Cert Build. We have it listed in our Known Issues thread for future reference. Apologies, Tenno!

We've hot-dropped another fix for this to the Fissure scheduler, they should now have the same random chance to appear that they used to have

This was addressed today — the root cause was the Mods not affecting pickups while in Operator, which was fixed in this hotfix.

Hey folks, here's a more comprehensive update on this matter. It appears this issue affects all Conversation Tags, but is most prevalent with Amethyst Nexifera due to how easy they are to find and quickly extract. 

The team is looking into this bug, but for the time being you can work around it by staying in the Landscape for at least 60 seconds after conserving the target. This means you'll have to hang out in the Cambion Drift for a little longer, but there's plenty to mine, fish, or kill while you're waiting to extract — that extra time spent should ensure your account is updated properly!

As a trouble shooting step, I bet if you spend at least 1 minute fishing/mining after you catch your Amethyst Nexifera, that it will save properly.

Hi Tenno! We had hoped our fix with 37.0.6 would have addressed this, but it looks like the Temporal Prime Ephemera is a special case. After chatting with the team, it looks like this will require a code fix, meaning it unfortunately will not be fixed until our next Cert Build. 
 

I've added this to our Known Issues thread for the time being. Thank you for the diligent reporting!

I'm not sure I understand the problem?  You earn reputation with each faction by doing their missions. You can gain reputation in each faction, each day, up to your Daily Limit. The limit resets each day. Your personal Daily Limit is based on your player Mastery Rank, so if you don't increase in your Mastery then you won't see this going up over time..

Hi N_Ranoru, thanks for bringing this to our attention! If you're still experiencing this issue, please send us a copy of your EE.log in a support ticket. We might know what is happening here, but we'll need your log file to find the culprit. You can find your log files by closing the game, opening the Warframe launcher, and clicking the little cogwheel in the top-right corner of the launcher.
