Can confirm mine didn't give me every last thing back - I got a 10 vapor specter blueprint stolen from a rescue, didn't get that back.
Account name? We are seeing the UI not show some things, but all checks we've made have shown it in accounts proper.
The game is soft-locking at the kill / convert screen if you're not the host. Had this exact same thing happen twice and it resolved when I switched to hosting the group.
We have a potential fix for this coming very soon!
Read moreHere's the series of events that happened after I got everything I needed to fight the lich:
-Acquire mods, two of which are not the same mod that was revealed post-mission. (Said Jahu, menu tells me Ris; Said Fass, menu tells me Netra)
-Apply mods on parazon in random order: Vome, Netra, Ris
-Attempt 1: Take on lich for the first time, get the animation when the first bar of HP is depleted, all three mod names are chanted in order
-Lich falls to his knees, game is soft locked after holding D to Vanquish and squad has to extract for me
-Attempt 2: Only the first two mods are chanted on the animation, lich disappears once it ends
-Attempt 3: Swap the last two mods, take on the lich, first mod is chanted, the second is marked red and the lich defeats me properly
-Attempts 4-6: I revert to the original mod order. I have to get to the end of the last bar for the animation to happen, and only two of the mods are chanted but I get either soft locke...
What is your account name? We can check, things look like they should work (also make a ticket if you haven't and reference this thread!)

What stance are you using? We think it might be weapon specific.
What's your account name? Should be instant - we are seeing some accounts not having the spread refresh.
Edit: We have a repro in house as well and are working on a fix.
Edit II: Relog after Hotfix 26.0.2 and you should be fixed up.
Should be all, shared on across team with active Liches.

I had the exact same problem yesterday in the exact same spot. It may be worth checking if the tile is broken, rather than the more common tile overlap.
Erf, good point. Opened tile, see potential issues within tile, not another tile poking in as usually is the case. Investigating.

And it’s Mod charges that are consumed. You get multiple use from each Mod on success.
