Hello jok555! Operation: Belly of the Beast has ended, to farm Jade and her components you can play the Ascension game mode on Brutus, Uranus. 

You can use Vestigial Motes farmed in the Ascension game mode as an alternative way to obtain the blueprints by visiting Ordis in the Drifter Camp (next to Kahl).

Thank you for the post! Please note in this context, "memory" is not related to storage space remaining. It is related to RAM, of which the iPad 9th Gen has 3GB. For comparison, the Nintendo Switch has 4GB RAM. 

Hi Tenno, did you perhaps switch Warframes or remove / change Mods on your Warframe? This can impact Health and Armor, as Warframes have different stats. 

As for "can't walk" -- can you provide more information? A video would be especially helpful if possible.

Hi Tenno, thank you for the report! While we will investigate, it would be extra helpful if you could provide a screenshot or short clip of what you're seeing. Also please let us know what device you're on (i.e. iPad Air Gen 3, iPhone 15 Pro, etc). Sometimes these issues are device specific due to screen formatting. Thank you very much.

Hi Tenno, if you could share a screenshot of what you see when you go to hack the Netracell computer, that would be very helpful! We are aware of a known bug where hacking the Netracell with a cipher can accidentally use up more than one cipher, but an issue where you can't use a cipher at all sounds different.
