If you open a command prompt and type  "ping content.warframe.com", does it resolve to a server name (probably something ending in akamai.net) and give a ping reply?

If it does not, then you have a problem with your DNS settings or your ISP, not the game's fault.

If you can successfully ping Warframe's content servers, click the "Get Logs" button in the launcher's Config menu (the little gear icon) and send it to Support. Or look in the file "Launcher.log" if you're tech savvy. It might have some hints as to what is going on.

We used Landslide on some demolysts and it worked fine...   If you can narrow that random "sometimes" down to a specific thing, we'll happily look again 👍

Hi Tenno, to help us understand your crashes could you let me know what Apple device you play on and what iOS you run? You can send error logs to DE right after loading back from a crash and that will help us greatly.

Hi there, in this case "low memory" is not related to storage on device, but the RAM of your device. If you are for instance on an iPhone XR or a slightly older device, it may have low RAM (low memory) compared to newer devices. We are investigating the performance issues but wanted to clarify. Thank you.

Hi Tenno, as an update here, this bug unfortunately requires a code fix, meaning it will have to wait until our next Cert Update to be resolved.

Sometimes my gpu usage randomly dropped around 60% when the drops happened so that was weird too.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention! If it's not too much trouble, can you please attach a few screenshots where you've noticed performance suffer the most? We're taking notes on every performance issue players have reported, but we've not seen any reports about lights/lamps, so we'd like to take a closer look...
