The first bundle could similarly be labeled "1x random bundle" as you are purchasing 1 Random Bundle. You can purchase more than one at a time, though you do not have direct information as to what the following bundles will be if they are prepurchased in that method.

There are also discounts for certain amounts of prepurchasing should a player be interested in many random bundles at one time.

Please provide Replays and Descriptions of the issue. Endgame screens show that the system was triggered, but we need Replays to verify why the system triggered.

There is a 7,500 Doubloon compensation for those that already have him if they acquire another from this event.

There is a Captain skill which reduces Cooldown time. Also, the 5% Signal Flag which reduces Coodlwon times as well.
