The Steam client is different than our standard client, so I'm not sure what crossover capability there is for steam-specific things.

Personally I enjoy the puzzle-aspect a lot, but the game is both fun and interesting as a complex system to consider as well.

Another really big highlight for me is that match duration. 8-14 minutes feel just about dead on when I looking for something I can sink my teeth into without it feeling like a long-term grind. A lot of games you can pick up are in the 2-3 minute category, or in the 20-40 minute category... both really feel like that either too little or too much at times.

In-game situations are almost always more complex than a simple description can provide. Could you provide the Replay of the battle for context?

The simple answer is just to enjoy the game without Premium Account. You earn Premium Ships over time through accrual of Coal as well as participation in events, so they can provide assistance with credit griding should you be eyeing higher tier ships that have higher service costs.

Clans are paid for when they are created, so clan ownership is not something easily changed. If your Clan Leader and one of the other Deputies have stopped playing, they could return in the future but that's not something you can be sure of without having their personal contact details outside of game.

You may want to look around for a new clan for yourself and those who are active in your current one.
