Let me just say that most of our budget goes to the playerbase in form of rewards in this case, and close the topic. I have no right to go into details, as there is 3rd party involved here.

As for recruitment, if only it was so easy. Unfortunately throwing money at at the screen (or in this case at HR) does not magically give you all professionals you need. We have open positions all the time, but it is hard to fill many of them (or to train a specialist internally). Even for my team, and we are not doing rocket science, I had to look for 3-4 months to fill a slot, and on most occasions so far I ended up with using recommendation from someone I know. Even though we're one of the very best places in the industry in our region.

And even if we had to make a choice for some reason, Amazon event bud...

I am with @mcgibe on this one. Let it be a place for divers to discover the wrecks and celebrate the history of that time frame. Also, tourism dollars will help the local economy as if you look at it on a map Scapa flow aka the Orkney Islands are kinda out in the middle of nowhere. Now I don't dive but for the opportunity to explore some of these wrecks up close I would learn how to.

Went with the US Navy for many reasons, but having 20 ships between tier 4 and 7 might have been a part of that process. I am excited about the event.

Managing elements on the forums is something community staff can do locally, the karma system is an ingame function and would require development assets to amend. We are looking to do something with it in the future.

Since there was a lot of concern for the Confused Face's lack of hat, I have now provided him one.

There was some abuse being made with the Down vote reaction, furthermore we really didn't feel it was adding anything constructive to the forum that validated keeping it around. We decided to keep the boring and angry however since they do convey more meaning than just negative associations.

Apologies, it may not be clear as per what I am trying to convey.

On an annual flow, there are peaks and dips in terms of game activity from our playerbase, as reflected in the number of games played in the period. This is common across all games.

Across the holiday season of December/January, it is normal to see peaks in player numbers and battles played as people generally have more time free for the holiday. As the year begins, and children return to school and adults to work, player numbers and number of battles have a tendency to decline since they do not have time to play the game as much. Toward the end of Summer, we see player and battle numbers begin to increase to again peak in the winter. While I cannot provide you the exact data points, this is the trend we have seen in the last 3 years of the games operation (think bell curve). Hey Sea_Goblin,

The Dallas is a ship that will lead to other CLs that kind of require the same skills. The key to doing damage with the 152mm guns is the tier 4 commander skill IFHE.

I would recommend in order: Priority Target (tier 1), Expert Marksman (tier 2), Superintendent or Demolition Expert (tier 3) and then IFHE or concealment (tier 4) on the commander skill tree.

You can take concealment expert to give yourself a lower concealment and a better chance to disengage or you could take IFHE which will help you do more damage (in the end you will want both). Both of these commander skills will transfer over well to the Atlanta.

The MBRB is more of the nation's flavor so that is why it has it. Gotta try and keep things unique and different =). The Henri is a great ship and can deal out the damage very quickly. .7 seconds doesn't seem like that much but it can be quite a lot of time if you extrapolate that over a whole match. Remember though, these changes are preliminary and subject to change of course.

While we appreciate your provided data, we do have access within our own servers. This is a natural trend that has occured within the game for the last 3 years where as summer approaches the player base dips before picking up again later in the year. We are not concerned about our player numbers or activity levels of our player base.

As others mention, enjoy what you are playing regardless. Honestly I strongly prefer BBs myself and don't enjoy other classes as much, but by playing them I actually gained not only an appreciation for how they play but an understanding of what to watch out for.

Rewards are retroactive to the start of the Recruiting Station on the 4th of June

So yes, you will receive rewards for your recruits if they complete the requirements of:

Newcomers (Never Played the Game) — Fight at least one non-Training battle in a non-Premium Tier VI ship.


Veteran (Hasn't Played the Game in 90+ days) — Win 25 or more non-Training battles in Tier IV or higher ships.

When the event is finished, you will be emailed links to your registered account email (the one you log in with) where you will then follow through to claim from amazon. You do not need to link you amazon account anywhere.
