Contrary be belief, the marketing team does not work on setting prices for the premium store. Either way, your feedback is best given to the community staff, we will then summarise it and route it to the correct people.
This is false.
CCs receive the same items as what are purchasable (including rates within), it would be an unfair representation of our items if we gave CCs items with better stats than what is publicly available.

While we do our best in trying to keep chat as civil as possible there are times when players get upset and voice their opinion. This occurs in all games and not just World of Warships. There are a few options that you have on-hand that can help yourself avoid such language.
You can blacklist a player in-game and you will no longer see their messages or you can use the report function in-game by right clicking on their name in the ship panels or tab screen (I believe) and choosing the misbehavior in chat option. I do implore you though to not to abuse this function.

Depending on the activity it will be held in certain places on the ship, for example looking at the main activities for this event:
Feedback Session: Fantail (Rear of the ship) Staff / CC Meet and Greet: Fantail. Giveaway Drawing + Group Photo: Bow of Ship Scavenger Hunt: Throughout the ship, 16 questions hung on the walls, these will be in accessible spaces. Epic Hunt: 6 special cards hidden in plain sight around the ship, find the card and bring it back to the staff at the Fantail to receive the associated prize.
All activities are of course optional but we do encourage you to take part in the ones that interest you and join us for the Drawing and Group Photo.

Due to a technical error In update 0.8.3, the Radar range of USN premium cruisers Montpelier and Wichita changed to 10 km instead of correct and the intended 9 km. This will be fixed in update 0.8.4, as we specifically reworked all Radar ranges for all ships to be systematic, and would like to avoid any inconsistencies. We're absolutely sure that it will not significantly affect Montpelier's combat capabilities and Wichita was originally released with the correct range.

During patch 8.3 you will be able to earn tokens that can be redeemed for the prizes.
Upon the release of 8.4 you will no longer be able to earn tokens, but will have that patch to spend any remaining tokens you still have.

My goal with this compendium is to create a place where new and veteran players can go to get a better grasp on the basics of the game. This is something that I feel is lost on some players and needs to be refreshed sometimes. I have already started with the Mini-Map guide but I also want to add some other topics.
These topics will include:
Ammo types and when to use them.
Correct use of armor (angling).
General characteristics of ship types (strengths and weaknesses).
Nation overviews with highlights.
Captain Skills and Consumables.
Correct way of using torpedoes.
Positioning and early map movements.

Derzwerge while I can understand being frustrated with the game there is fundamentally a lot inaccurate about your statement. You should always be pleased with your purchase but nothing was "stolen" from you. You provide a lot of accusations with frankly little specifics making it very difficult to respond.
OP losing streaks do happen and it can be incredibly frustrating but things will swing around the other way. Hang in there!
