We've determined the issue. The map used for Operation Aegis was being used in Brawls and the restricted battle-space in the Brawl format was causing issues with the Bot AI. The Mountain Range map has been removed from the Brawl rotation to correct this!

Just make a Customer Support Ticket and talk with them. Steam accounts are different than our WGC accounts so that's not likely to be the best solution. Finding the download issue sounds like the best choice.
