The bow is back but this time in a form of Ubi Rewards. I didn't get it last time, so I claim the reward for free, wait several minutes and launch the game.
The bow is not in my inventory. I run around for a bit, the reward doesn't pop up. I restart the game, log back in and the bow is still not there.

I had a closer look at your account and can see you did indeed successfully redeem it, therefore I tried to re-add it to your inventory, to see if it pushes through.
