Having the same issue where my PC restarts while launching the game, the game itself doesn't open and is stuck on the Ubisoft connect loading portion until it eventually causes my pc to reboot. Had a similar issue with other Ubisoft games but my PC works fine with other AAA games.

In case this issue with the launcher is caused by any temporary files, could you please try deleting the Ubisoft Connect cache folder, as shown in this guide, as it can help with various launcher issues and should reset its temporary saved files and connections, that may be causing these issues >

If this does not work for you, can you tell us what drive you have the Connect launcher installed on and have you tried installing it to any other drives on your PC?

@Iratnl-Impulses Got it. Thanks for the update and videos. To continue, do you have the game, the Epic launcher, and the Ubisoft Connect launcher installed on the same drive together? We recommend these all be together on the same drive, and preferably the same drive as the operating system.
