This game is full of bugs,

I have gotten to the point in the game where I need to start the "Where legends are born quest" I found that on google. I have completed every single arc in the game up to this point. I cannot pledge to Norway, I cannot proceed with this game until this bug is fixed and I know ALOT of other players have this same bug.

There is no option on the pledge map to go to Norway and all the forums say you need to speak to Sigurd to start the quest however Sigurd is nowhere to be found in the village. I have tried everything possible from changing sex to travelling to a different country and even loaded previous save files and this quest does not appear.
I have completely every available quest in the game up to this point and I have nothing left to do apart from this mission which it will not appear.


Does anyone know a way around this as it is driving me insane. Makes me not want to buy an Ubisoft game ever again.

The reason that it doesn't appear as a megathread is because we haven't received enough contacts here, on forums to create megathread yet - which doesn't mean that we haven't received contacts through any other channels, that helps us to report issues to the team 🙂

Hello and thank you for your patience! The Game team is still currently investigating this issue. However, if you have not already provided the following information, please add it to this thread so that we may forward it up to the Game team.

  • What platform are you playing on?
  • Can you provide an image of your 'Order' tab?
  • Submit your most recent manual save to the cloud.

We don't have any new information from the team, so more information we can gather on reports, the more we have to pass onto them.

As UbiKobold posted, could you please;

  • Provide an image showing your 'Order' tab in-game
  • Confirm your recent manual save has been uploaded to the cloud
