The reason that it doesn't appear as a megathread is because we haven't received enough contacts here, on forums to create megathread yet - which doesn't mean that we haven't received contacts through any other channels, that helps us to report issues to the team

• What platform are you playing on?
• Can you provide an image of your 'Order' tab?
• Submit your most recent manual save to the cloud.

We don't have any new information from the team, so more information we can gather on reports, the more we have to pass onto them.

• Provide an image showing your 'Order' tab in-game
• Confirm your recent manual save has been uploaded to the cloud

I checked this and I can see that this issue was previously resolved - however, as you're still experiencing this, can I kindly ask you to provide us with a short video of this occurring, so we can reopen the investigation for you?
