Online Service Error [0x70000122] has been going on for days. I haven't been able to access any online content or the festival. I have been through all the connectivity troubleshooting. I play on Playstation 4. I have also made sure it is up to date. Please assist.

As you mentioned that you already performed the connectivity troubleshooting steps, can you also confirm if you tried testing any other internet connection, i.e. a mobile one, by any chance?

Hey there @dominantboy

If you are noticing certain specific online features are having small errors like what you are describing, you will need to make sure that you are not using a quick resume feature or putting your console into rest mode at any point while the game software is running.

You need to manually exit the software entirely before shutting your console down.

If you do not use quick resume or rest mode while the game is running, but you still run into issues like that please perform the basic connectivity troubleshooting for your platform.

@dominantboy Completing the steps in the troubleshooting guide should help to ensure the connection to the game's online services is as strong as possible (and thusly put a stop to any in-and-out connectivity issues).

I've checked the video, and could also see error 0xa0100801 appearing briefly.

In addition to the steps performed previously, I invite you to provide us with the following :

👉 Are the ports needed by the game setup according to our dedicated guide ?

👉 What type of network is your console connected to ? Is it a private/personal network, or a larger one, such as an enterprise / student residence network ?

👉 How is it connected ? (Wi-Fi, Ethernet, mobile hotspot, etc)

These elements will help our investigation, in order to isolate the Issue.
