Yes please, if you could upload a video and provide us with the link, so we can see you completed everything and that the progression is still stuck, that would be great.

Could you also please double-check that your saves are up-to-date and accessible and synced to the cloud on your account?

In the meantime, I would also recommend verifying your game files and reinstalling the game (just to ensure you have the newest version and no files are damaged).
