As it stands, the spear that is used by Jarl Hemmington isn't something you'd be able to obtain within the game, however the closest weapon to it would probably be Odin's spear 
.

Apologies for the delay in response here.
Just to clarify, the issue is that after setting your graphics to 'ultra' and then close AC Valhalla, your graphics settings are not saved when you reload the game?
