I've moved this to it's own thread to keep the original thread on topic. Were you able to reload back a little bit to get out of this? And I don't suppose you've tried the same method again already and been able to make this happen again have you?

I am sorry to hear you can't move on with the quest. This sounds different from the initial bug on this topic.

Could you please attach the screenshot showing your location on the map and also record a video displaying the issue and the version of the game so we can have a closed look?
