Since I only got my PS5 recently, I just tried to redeem my Ultimate Edition code. While everything seems to have worked smoothly regarding the Season Pass, the Ultimate Package will not download (items do not appear in-game after completing the family matters quest either). When entering the code, the Package is shown ("You already own this one"), when looking up the AC Valhalla library, the Package is shown as an add-on, but listed as "not available". Has the package been disabled and/or is there a chance that it will become downloadable again anytime soon or is this some kind of bug/error/whatever with my account/code?

Hey @feinermax1, thanks for getting through to us, welcome to forums and sorry to hear about the difficulty you ran into with accessing your purchased Ultimate Pack.

This particular content would need to be redownloaded in order to appear in-game, and is something you should be able to do through PS5 home screen by going on ACV tile, scrolling down to Addons and then selecting each pack (do note you won't need to make any purchases there).

Give this a go (if you haven't already) and let us know if issue persists!

Hey there.

If you have attempted the following steps below and the issue persists would you be able to link us to a video demonstrating this please? This workaround does resolve the issue for most players but if it's not working for you we'll need to report this to the team.

- From the PS5 home screen, highlight the tile for Assassin's Creed: Valhalla
- Scroll to Add-ons and select a pack
- Click "Free" on the PSN Store to redeem the pack and install it

It'd certainly be very beneficial for us to see the error messages and code.

A mobile phone video also would be fine as long as everything is visible and legible.

Once this has been captured, could you please upload it to a hosting site (such as YouTube or cloud storage) and contact us via one of our Support Channels with this video so we can take a closer look?


There we can dive deeper and see why your Ultimate Pack content isn't installing properly.
