Yes there's an issue with chat atm that's why we are restarting the servers at around 18.22 UTC to fix this.

after you buy the island, do you still need to maintain the premium?
Once you purchased a private island with premium you will keep it even if you lose premium afterwards.
Yep I am mainly a gatherer and I think a second acc will help in regards to resources and crafting. I have a question thought this is a bit off topic is the faction chest worth it? I have about 7000 ish faction points and have already spent 9000 faction points in the Faction chest because I was curious and got about 75000+ when I opened it because I got lucky and got a tree heart and a t6 silver artifact in it that sells in Fort sterling. Not the economics side of thing I can see how much silver it is worth in the Auction house, I am talking about how much time does the fame books save in terms of T5 solo dungeon grinding.
If you want to make mainly silver you should go for hearts and crests. The chests are worth it if you need the fame books that are in them. Doing dungeons will usually get you that fame quicker though.
Yes feel free to use alt characters if you want to specialize into a different direction. The main reasons to make alt characters are the additional learning points you can use in a different spec (that's what you want to do I guess) or using the crafting focus, which is limited by 10000 per day of premium.
I know UI suggestions have been requested a lot recently so I'll make sure to bump this to the devs again.

Due to the increased number of players, cluster queues in royals have become more common. Devs are aware of these issues where it's difficult to skip the cluster because of this "warmup time", they are looking into making it more reliable to skip clusters in these situations but don't know the final details yet and when this will be available.

You can still be attacked by other players but only if they are flagged for pvp. If you are not faction flagged you won't interact with other faction flagged players unless you enter a conditional flag zone (orange circle, can be found in world boss regions like camlann for example).
I voted for lazy mods.
Thanks for the suggestions everyone. I forwarded them to our team to discuss!

Hello everyone,
The above case was not handled well by us.
The alliance name in question goes against our non-harassment policy of individual players. We understand that this is debatable but that's the call that we made in this case.
The alliance owner was contacted about this by ticket and e-mail on Friday ago but did not react. As a result of that - which was a clear mistake on our end - the alliance was disbanded four days after.
Since is not our usual policy, that's also why Elsa was not aware of this when asked about it. A better course of action from our side would have been to try to get in touch with the alliance owner once more to find a better solution. We discussed this case within our team to make sure that situations like this can be avoided in the future.

Hey, yes of course you can. Players from all devices play on the same global server and can interact in any way they want!
Can confirm that these 3 accounts have been banned already. If you see a speed hacker it's best to directly reach out to a GM or to send in the evidence to [email protected]

The last payments that have been affected by the issue that /u/HellementsAO mentioned should have been properly resolved as of a few minutes ago. If yours has not yet, please reach out to [email protected] as that's then something else that definitely needs looking at. Sorry for the inconvenience!
Thank you for the information much appreciated
If this doesn't get resolved automatically you can reach out to our customer support via [email protected] or directly via your profile.

Hey,
There's currently an issue with mobile payments that we are aware of. Team is already working on it. I'll update here if I get more news.

Steams reply is actually in the post....
Yes I'm sorry, I must have missed it. The case was passed on and should hopefully be solved soon.

Honestly don't charge back the money if you want this solved quickly with Support. All this does is flag your account for money laundering/fraud and make this whole situation even more difficult for our Customer Support. Wait out a reply from steam and see if they have any clue on what happened. -Hellements
No i bought all my gold from shop says "payment issue" so they slap me with a 200 year ban??? Instead of problem solving... this is ridiculous after i made purchases from them i had some unauthorized ones so i called it in... and then they slap me with this WOW albion nice problem solving skills 👏
If the ban message says something with "Payment issue" then it is an automized ban because a payment was reverted or flagged for fraud by payment method (credit card issuer, Paypal), your bank, or the platform (Steam, Apple, Google).
Support will look into your individual case for sure, but if you already can think of any instance where there might have been an issue where one or more of previously completed payments have basically been taken back, then that's already something to look into.
Also mirroring the notion of /u/Mizuhebi08 to remove your e-mail address from a public post.
Edit: actually removing the post for accidental self-doxxing.
