Thank you for the extra details, the video, and save files!

These will be really useful for the team to further investigate the issue. For security purposes, your case number has been removed from your post, however Ubisoft staff members will still be able to access your case to view these save files.

The game team have asked some further questions to try and gather a little more information. Would you be able to tell us:

1. Was English the language set when first starting the game/this save?
2. Do you have any other language packs downloaded?
3. Have you switched the interface language while playing the game?

When you say you downloaded other players' games, do you mean their save games? Or something else?

As for language packs, any languages available in your game would appear in your options in game.

Totally fine to list those languages here. If you're worried about the list taking up space in this thread, you can put it in a spoiler by highlighting the text and clicking on the eye in the message options.

@asterix201252 My apologies, I realize now you said those are the text languages you see in game. Those wouldn't require language packs to appear.

Do you see any options besides English for audio languages? I understand the base issue is with text appearing in the wrong language, but knowing if language packs are installed will help with reproducing the issue.
