Can you release a comment on why xGladd was banned and what we as a community need to not do in order to avoid bans?

How do I raise my freelancer loyalty? I'm playing gm1-2 with 2260 loyalty. I can't get 3000. I have no one to talk to so I have to earn expedition xp...
There are a lot of things within Anthem that increase Faction Loyalty in general, as well as Freelancer Loyalty. Things such as talking to NPCs within Fort Tarsis, finding collectibles throughout the world (mostly Arcanist/Sentinel), Freeplay events, completing contracts (Freelancer based would be Yarrow) even something as simple as exploring the world and finding undiscovered locations would contribute towards Freelancer Loyalty.
I have issues in fort tarsis where Matthias and Freelancer Jani both have dialogue options, but when I go to them the dialogue option disappears. Matthias is also still Split up into three people due to the manifold mission. This leaves me unable to talk to him.
Anyone else have these issues, is it a known bug?
It's a known bug, but I think it is only a visual bug - You may need to continue doing quests for those icons to disappear (or refresh with more dialogue).
It's not even the message that's the problem, but the fact it keeps popping up every couple of minutes.

Team are aware of the feedback on this and have already stated that perhaps the messaging isn't really clear (especially as to why it is shutting down) and it could be less annoying in how it is delivered to you too. We'll continue to send that feedback through!
If you're unable to pick up certain tiered drops, they will automatically be sent to your Fort Tarsis - They just won't have the drop screen that you would normally see, not sure you can do it ad infinitum but it will send a good portion through as far as i'm aware. The team do hear the feedback in regards to the maximum amount of loot per expedition though.
I mean I totally get it, most game engines have hardcore safety features it comes to this stuff to make sure that they never go over budget.
It's interesting that it's not an issue for battlefield even though well battlefield games are about as chaotic as it can get.

Yeah it's an issue of balance - We work really closely with our friends at DICE. They have much simpler requirements for ambience, Foley and music for example, and that gives them a bit more 'headroom' to play with. We have pretty much maxed out what FB can at the moment with four versions of really complex sounds for each players' suit, weapons, abilities (and then add 16 channel music, dynamic weather, day/night, procedural whooshes, etc...).
Can you craft masterwork or legendary weapons?
If you come across a blueprint, you absolutely can.

Can the connection issues and crashes be given more priority? The troubleshooting guide didn’t work and whenever this game works for me it’s a blast, if these issues can be fixed than I can easily say this is the most fun game I’ve played in a while.
The team has been working on these issues and continue to do so via hotfixes, server-side fixes and ofcourse, upcoming patches. Those issues aren't cool, and BioWare will have them ironed out soon. Appreciate the feedback!
I just bought the Legion of Dawn upgrade on PS4 while I was playing. I quit and came back on, but I'm not seeing any changes. Im sure it's just me being an idiot, but where do I go to redeem my cosmetics?

Yes, the store items are on a rotation and could reappear in a future rotation. No specifics on when you can expect to see the item again, however.
Turns out I think It was a bug, backed out and went into my forge, none of these +refresh items appear, all have different stats on :/
