Would you be able to switch to a wired connection or is your router too far away?

If you can't use a wire due to distance to the router, a powerline adapter might be a good solution. That has helped a lot of people in that situation. You also can try using alternate DNS servers with these instructions. Possibly, opening the ports for Apex will help. Those can be found here.

If you like, we can go through some connection troubleshooting. What system are you playing on and are you on a wired or wireless connection?

That's great you're wired. It's definitely better than wireless. We'll try to find out why you're having trouble though still. What system are you playing on?

What troubleshooting have you performed so far? If you haven't yet, try updating your DNS servers with these instructions. If you don't see a difference, try the Google DNS servers. Those are: Primary alt number 8.8.8.8 - Secondary alt number 8.8.4.4. Let me know what happens.

Have you attempted all steps in our troubleshooting guide including Port Forwarding?

Please attempt the steps in the article linked.

While I understand your pings and connections to other titles may be fine, steps such as Port Forwarding help ensure that all required traffic from our servers are effectively reaching your PC.

You don't need to have an inherently poor connection to do these steps.

If you're still having issues after completing those steps, please contact us through our Support Site or Facebook and Twitter with a screen shot of your Port Forwarding settings as per our guide and we will take a further look, thank you.

We're not aware of everything that will be included in future patches until an issue is resolved from the dev team and they tell us it will be in the next patch or a future patch. We'll always post what we can whenever we can on the forums.
