Looked into your account, and there's no signs there that you're banned. Its likely that at the time you were inquiring, we had activated our rate limiting system to ward off malicious attacks, and you were temporarily affected by it. Unfortunately the notification that it displays to people is that they are temporarily banned when that is not the case.

That would be the reason. As it currently is, microsofts spam protection has conflicts with our automated systems which is why you aren't getting a confirmation e-mail. I recommend using a different e-mail provider like gmail or yahoo.

After being contacted by you through e-mail, reviewing the post in question, and conferring with my peers, here is the ruling that I deem most appropriate to the situation at hand.
Whether you willingly or unknowingly did so, you were indeed inciting the idea that the community start up a class action lawsuit, a matter which we do not under any circumstance take lightly. However, I am not unsympathetic to people that get frustrated over #justarkthings. As such, I am downgrading your ban to a two week posting restriction starting today. You will once again have access to the community hub on 12/12 (just in time for aberration). This will be the only time this will apply. Should you be in violation of our community rules in the future, there will be no clemency.

The problem is some of us never let go of basic civilities. Demonstrably, your Mods don't care about basic civilities. They only care about one thing.

Though I will say some mods are better and worse then others. I've had several threads where I get into a conversation with one, or multiple moderators, only to have Jerryn or CiabattaRoll come in and delete it and give me a 30 day 99 point ban because I wasn't praising Wildcard.
You can't blame everything on your community for being "Toxic". Your official forum is smaller, and worse then this one for constructive discourse, objectively, for a reason. That reason is not the toxicity of the community.
It would be nice if you were not to exaggerate just to try and give your claims any semblance of legitimacy. I can see the warnings each and every moderator on our forum gives to violators, and at no point have either one of these moderators you keep bringing up ever brought up a 99 point warning, as that would most certainly raise eyebrows for us to ask on why they believe such a high level would be justified.
