@tenzinkat if you've been banned submit a ban appeal. If your ban isn't lifted after the ban appeal, you are out of luck.
@EmilyJitter I'm not sure of what evidence you have but I was just trying to say no one's going to say "yea I was kiting", and we can't take action just because someone said they were kited and has one pic. It all boils down to the evidence provided.

@seanring007 People would be quick to point out that I think we said we would never wipe at some point. That's bad press, bad PR, and hurts marketing. There's a lot of things to consider before making a move like that.
@seanring007 Sadly, I don't have the time spend on officials. I did at one point before working here. I'm not saying anyone is wrong, I'm just saying that the decision is a tough one. It could lead to a ton of bad press, players dropping.
@waveydriftz @seanring007 While the players opinion is def. heard and important, players also need to realize there are other opinions than the players. Business, marketing, owners all have opinions too.
@EmilyJitter I talked with the team about what evidence helps them when it comes to kiting. A lot of times they need video. There are always two sides to a story and there are always people that will lie to get an unfair advantage. part of the problem they have is with the evidence rcvd.
@seanring007 And if it doesn't? What if it declines from all the people that had 3+ years wiped? No one knows for sure what will happen to the population if we wipe.
The number of losses from the anti-meshing system is far less than the ones caused by meshing. I understand it's inconvenient when you hit a false positive and lose things, but this is what's needed for the overall health of the network. Want to help?
