PC patch notes have been updated in advance of the patch going live.
There will likely be a PC patch this AM that includes some changes from the recent beta. More to come on this.
PS4 Survivors,
At approximately 10AM PDT we will begin redeployment of the official network for an update (539.22) which will enable all transfers.
I'm pretty sure a PS4 patch just released from cert that will allow us to turn back on transfers. It's likely to go live this morning at usual deployment times. Official news will come from @survivetheark

I updated patch notes from the PC patch last night. This addresses an exploit that happened over the weekend. Still trying to get more information on PS4 transfers that I can share. Hang tight!
