It's related to Steam Maintenance. We are seeing it across the board right now with both official and non-official.
I see. I run an extinction/valguero xbox cluster so we don't have access to mods. Any chance of the Replicator engram the OSDs drop on extinction finally getting fixed?
I filed a bug for the Replicator thing. As for getting a Tek Replicator, killing any boss should unlock it for you; Desert Titan for example.
Don't quote me here, but I think you'd have to do this in a mod by changing the boss's death engrams. I don't think it is possible outside of that.
