Are you looking for a particular tutorial on how to mod something in ARK and haven't been able to find one yet?
The Modding Tutorial Bounty Board is a way for both experienced and new modders to influence the kinds of tutorials the community produces. Submit a bounty request, and if it's added to the bounty board, Wildcard will offer a cash incentive for other mod authors to create a tutorial for it.
The bounties will have a cash value assigned to them, based on expected difficulty, when added to the board. Mod authors can make and submit their tutorials to me in order to claim these bounties and their cash rewards.

Submitting bounties:
If a tutorial you desire is not present on the bounty board, scroll down to the next post to find the submission form. Look in the dropdown to see if a request for the subject is already present and if so, select it and submit the form. When submitting the form with an option from the list, it increases the dema...

Small tribes servers will be completely fresh and only have transfers between the other small tribe servers. This goes for PC and consoles. Transfers will however be both ways between the ones in the cluster (allowing transfer in and out).

You need to attack their weak point.

I'm sorry, you guys misunderstand. This isn't a leak of TLC3, it's just a documentary of ancient Japanese battles.

That either went right over your head or you are really good at playing innocent.

I was reacting to your use of the word prerogative and its negative implication of my opinion about your broken game.

How far out can we expect another console fix?

As soon as a reported bug can be replicated reliably, the problem causing that bug isolated, the fix to that bug applied, and then push the fix through certification.

It's my prerogative* as a consumer and buyer of your product to raise my voice when I feel cheated or swindled.

I paid money for your broken game and I have the right to be angry at every cash grab and poor decision you make as a studio.

I highly suggest you sell the rights to a real studio that can bring Ark to where it deserves and you can go back to making phone apps.

We aren't stopping anyone from voicing their concerns when it comes to bugs. Rather, we are redirecting people to the proper channels to do so in order to prevent the spread of exploitation or cheats. Just because your bug report is reported through e-mailing us or through the support ticket system rather than through the official forums does not mean it isn't communicated to the proper people.

Speciality servers are alternate game modes for ARK that last for a short period of time. Each new theme will bring on a new set of challenges different from that of servers currently available. However, these seasonal servers will wipe and change theme after a determined period of time.

We're looking for input from you Survivors today. We've set up a thread and we'd appreciate if you could drop your suggestions into the separate thread below.

Changes will revolve around edits that can be made to the existing config which means modifying ini and server settings. These types of changes can include many things like: tribe/alliance size, anything related to dino stats and taming, server rates, etc. This does not include things like mods.

Some examples can include:

Solo, no tribes

Mammals only

No carnivores

Small Dinos only

Limited Tribe Me...

They delete posts people take time to make to show you bugs in a game they love.

They ban people for posting said bugs in a game they love.

If you want to make it literal, which its quite obvious you are, then no they aren't nazis cause nazis are very bad people. But they don't do their jobs as they should and hinder the process of taking Ark to where it could be.

As an order to them they only delete bug posts if those posts can and do lead to exploits, while at the same time telling the individual that such types of bugs are better served being sent directly to support. This is to help curtail the spread of exploits and as a whole no one gets banned unless they are purposely publicizing these bugs to promote the spread of cheating.

So they nazi patrol the forums out of their own free will? I like this notion less.

They monitor the forums and ensure that the community rules are upheld, yes. If that makes them a "nazi" in your eyes that is your perogative.

Eli, I am seriously laughing my ass off at the claim that you are working with no other compensation.

You launched a broken game. That is on you as the programmer. You are now fixing what you launched. Im sorry you feel like you have already made money off me and that you owe me nothing more but frankly that is f**ked and wrong. You owe us a working title for the money we already gave you. You had your shot to pull out of said early release but you opted to make it a full release and now you owe us a full working title.

I have not paid for SE. I have not paid for AB. I will not pay for EX. I will not pay for another with WC's name on it until the base game is fixed. You owe me that for the money I already spent. I can assure you when you finally fix the game I will pay you for the 3 DLC. All of them. But as of right now you still owe me a working vanilla game. Maybe it was wrong for me to have paid you up front like I did but that is where we are now.

I never said I was working with no other compensation. I said our forum moderators are all volunteers, and that one would be hard pressed to pitch to a programmer that they do their job on a volunteer basis like our forum moderators do. You stated that rather than us allocating finances towards expanding our development team we "hired like 4 of their best friends to nazi patrol their forums". Given that these moderators are volunteers, that's simply not the case.

Sure they post from time to time but its almost never to respond to bugs and mostly to respond to the fan boys who will let WC punch them in the face then ask if they can pay for it again.

You're welcome to think that, but the people we have moderating our forums are all volunteers that come from the community. They are not salaried employees and do the moderation out of the overall belief of making the ark official forums a more orderly community. Now with that said, it's a bit of a harder prospect to pitch to a programmer that they work long hours on developing a game and do so with no other compensation than the knowledge that they are helping make a videogame better.

You can pm me your username and I can look into what's preventing you from accessing the forums. We recently had to perform some backend upgrades so it could very well be a hiccup from that.
