You weren't able to drop structures during war time?

The News section on the bottom right-hand corner of the main menu screen, as well as the area on top of the server selection screen, will display when we're running a bonus mythos event.

We'll investigate, there should be various measures in place to prevent exploitation (cooldowns, max exp gains, etc), so we'll see what's going on here.

If we had access to the model, we could just use Substance Painter or something to make it look all nice. The tool in game is quite similar, but the controls are godawful.

The character models are available in the devkit source art, which is available from the Source Art link on this page:

http://devkit.playatlas.com

There are also a variety of tutorials on creating armor skins as mod content.

Could you try relogging or respawning on another grid?

Investigating

Update: We have a fix incoming for the issue where Large Cannons were being destroyed when Gunports were demolished (or destroyed). The build is approximately 20 minutes away. We recommend not placing Large Cannons down if you haven't already, as they will still have the issue. If you have placed them on gunports, you will need to demo them and place them again to avoid their destruction when the gunport is demolished or destroyed. My apologies for the inconvenience folks 🙇

Update 2:

Fix is now live.

Overkill (the lvl)? Perhaps. Bug, nope.

Investigations can take time dependant on certain factors and the amount of players potentially involved.

Please understand that witch hunting is against our Forum ToS and I back our moderators who decided to hide that thread. You weren't banned from the Forums, you were given a 0 point warning and a reminder of the rules as far as I can see. Player reports via our ticketing system are the most effective way for us to investigate.

For future reference, players can find our banlist here: http://atlasdedicated.com/pc/banlist.txt

To add on to this, these posts don't really help us with the investigation unless they're introducing new evidence or alerting us to a current action that someone may be freed up to look into. When we handle these investigations, we're not just interested in catching the poster-kid/main culprit. We also want to identify what/how they're cheating and have that method completely detected so we can ban multiple people at the same time, and build a stronger case against particular companies. This means it may take some time until action is taken because closing an investigation isn't as simple as just banning one individual. They're more effective when we can use them to identify a group of cheaters at once and effectively lock down the use of a particular 3rd party prog.

Which is why we want folks to submit report tickets, because they'll always be looked at and invested thoroughly, plus it doesn't alert these 'cheaters' that they've got a spotlight on them which allows us to ...

And while on the subject of damage decay, is there any chance it could be tuned down in golden age ruins, it felt a bit aggressive on O7 - it could have been coupled with us taking a few hits from tornadoes but all the planks had lost ~1500 HP in the time it took us to find the hydra and kill it and get the stone.

It's as GP describes beneath.

This is by design, that only Island Owners are about to attack other targets during peace time. However, we have considered opening up so that it just effects structures only and that thought is still on the table.

There seems to be some confusion. We followed up on the initial player report the day after the date on this (almost two week old) video. Please help me understand if there is a disconnect here as we don't generally notify those reporting players of the nature of our investigations or enforcement action (as that could potentially compromise them in the future amongst other reasons).

If you have any further reports of suspected cheats or any other breaking of our CoC please submit them and we'll investigate those also. You can also DM me on Discord (Dollie#0001) with links to your tickets if you believe there are some commonalities between accounts which you think may be worthwhile to bring to our attention as, sometimes, this can speed up our investigations.

I may not always be able to respond to all of my DM's but I do read every single one :)

The decay timer for boats on PvE is 2 weeks, so depending on when they left for NA PvE, it wouldn't be until the 3rd or 4th (assuming they've not logged on since).

Cool, I just went there and there is not an actual way to submit a ticket. I guess the true atlas experience is being told by Chinese players that because I am not Chinese I will be hanged and that Gays shall be burned, while being Aimbotted and having our server DDOSed. Wonderful game and ignored by devs.

Try this URL, you'll need to be registered on our website:

https://www.playatlas.com/index.php?/support-tickets/

Which you can do so here:

https://www.playatlas.com/index.php?/register/

Will see if we can get the page cleared up for folks who aren't registered, so they're correctly directed rather than not seeing the ability to submit a ticket.

They fixed a big server crash recently so this does seem to support the rumor.

Should be unrelated but we'll investigate.

If you've not done so already, please submit a report ticket to our CS team and they'll investigate:

Which you can do so here:

Be sure to include all the details you can, as well as any supporting evidence.
