It's pretty game breaking since the only way to reliably get rid of it is to restart the game.

Alright I mentioned it on the feedback channel internally, QA will check the status. Thanks for forwarding.

Keep you Coins, bud. Consider it passed on.

I'm asking about it on Monday. Seems... weird (at least to me.)

Ahhh, I hadn’t checked it this week.

Thank you!

For sure! And I've already seen the early update notes for the next update (should be a couple weeks) and it's looking pretty great. Once they get closer to locking the notes down, I'll drop a few nuggets of details.

u/Braddock512 I’m not sure if you guys have noted anywhere but this also seems to be a problem on PC and it’s been this way since the Chapter 3 firestorm update.

I will say that after the last update I only crash 1 in every 10 play sessions which is something that was also introduced(on my end at least) with that update so I’m for sure feeling the progress at stamping these things out.

Only wanted to bring some visibility since the majority of comments looked to be coming from our console brethren.

The stuttering thing is noticed on all platforms. Check the QoL Wiki - I added it on Thursday.

If it's "we're working on this, we might have it by next month" and it's canceled, it's way more disappointing.

Agreed. That’s why I’m spending the rest of this month replying with what I know is locked and gathering questions and feedback to get more answers.

There also some kind of freezing/stuttering when finishing a ToW node.

Yeahh, we're seeing some stuttering potentially related to Assignments completing by kills in-game, which would make sense that TOW node completion would do that as well.

It's definitely being tracked by the team, but I'll add this nugget of info as well. Thanks, Johgru!

Happy that you like it!

Maybe there will be more cool improvements to soldier movements in the future ;)

Same.

This is what it was like from launch until last patch: https://youtu.be/sH0SNbnG_S4

Recorded on PS4 Pro.

Stuttering should be addressed in the next update - if you’re referring to stuttering/FPS lag when killing enemies. (I’m also forwarding up your videos to the team to look at)

Would that automatically improve revive angles too? Because those aren't reliable either... Well they are consistent but too sharp I guess. If you come in too low, you see the prompt but it's not letting you revive until you approach from higher.

Revive angles is a different issue, but Florian and I already looking into that as well. When playing I know how to position myself to trigger it 100% but it takes a while until you know exactly when that is. We want to make it more reliable and the UI should always tell you the truth ^^

I've been holding down crouch the entire time, works all the time. If you don't believe me, there is the test range where it's slightly bugged... where you can survive falls from basically outer space.

You have to time it just before landing. In the next update this time is going to change so holding it too early might result in a heavy landing.

Yeah it's quite strict, I believe the double tap is set to 0.2s and the cooldown is 2s. We want to improve this feature, adding a hold option seems like the best option but conflicts with the crouch sprint.

Haven't seen that mentioned, if you share a video I'll make sure it lands on the right person.
