In this case, can you share with us another log file? It’s the MS Info one:
In order to generate an MSInfo file please follow the steps below:
1 - Press Win+R and in the displayed dialog box type “msinfo32”
2 - It should show a new screen called “System information” where underneath it should display “File”, click “File” while “System Summary” is highlighted and then “Export”
3 - Name your file as you see fit and save it to an easy-to-find location
4 - Send that file our way

In this case, by any chance have you already tried to use the “verify files” option on Steam?
If you already tried that and the files are still corrupt or missing we strongly advise you to reinstall the game completely.
Please let us know if the issue still persists.

Thank you for getting back to us. Since a fresh reinstall is not forcing the app to pull the missing files please suggest the following steps to your friends:
Windows settings > Apps > Gaming services app > Select advanced options > Select repair and after it > restore

After these steps, please open the app and give it another try. Let us know if this does the trick or not. We will continue to try to assist you.

In the meantime, here are some steps that might help you. Please ensure that your save is stored on the XBOX cloud before trying each of the following:
Reset the console cache by holding the power button for about 10 seconds until the console powers off, then disconnect it from the power outlet for a couple of minutes, then try loading it into your SP session.
If the above procedures don’t help, please try to perform a full reinstall of the game.

Do you have similar issues playing Conan Exiles in single-player mode?
Do you experience similar issues playing other PS4 games online?
Please ensure that your console is on a wired connection to improve overall stability. You may also try to disable Boost mode on your PS4 and change the resolution to 720p in the video output settings.
If possible, consider installing the game to an external HDD/SSD as it helps with loading times and stutters as well.

Additionally, can you elaborate on the potions issue? Which potions are not working? Are they providing different than usual bonuses or simply not applying?
