Hey there, looking at our Jira board, it appears the issue where Harpagus the Hatcher fails to spawn was recently fixed internally. Unless I’m reading this wrong, it’s slated for release in a future update. We apologize for the wait but he should be back in action soon enough.

Are you playing with any mods installed?

If so, please be aware that right after an update there may be stability issues until each mod is updated to be compatible with the latest game version.

By any chance the previous server you were playing was a private one or singleplayer with the same mods you deactivated? If so, you should wait for the server/mods to be updated as well to new version.

Yeah, we’ve seen the report but would also like to know what kind of server they’re playing on. We’ll need additional details to be able to properly investigate the issue.

I personally suggest @Warenpeace make a post in PlayStation Bug Reports - Funcom Forums using the template and fill in as much detail as possible to get this registered and looked at.

After the 2.6 update, mods can be outdated and crash when not met with the same version of the game. Please deactivate them to confirm the issue and get back to us if possible.

We restored the default values to the character transfer feature. As the issue that required the previous changes is now fixed in update 2.6.

Launcher version 1.0.328708 is live!

Changelog:

• Visual upgrades. Feedback welcome!
• Videos now auto-play, without sound.
• Updated a few social media links.

Please consider creating new threads on any issues you (still) run into with the launcher. It will be a lot easier to track and report, given that this thread has become quite long.
