Hello @Darkspire, as it has been mentioned in the thread the white haired man is the default model that intentionally shows on the crafting stations while the intended model is in queue to load and take its place, or fails loading.

In short, this might not exactly be considered a bug, but rather a symptom of a performance issue, such as the number of art assets (models, textures) in memory exceeding the budget for the platform you’re playing on.

Could you provide more information about how often do you experience this, how early it happens in your play session, and whether it happens in an area with a large number of thralls, building pieces, and placeables?

Hey everybody!

We’re aware of an issue where some players playing from the PC Gamepass version of the game are not able to log into the game. We’re looking into the issue and we’d need some information from you in order to get to the core of the issue and fix it.

Those of you affected by this issue, could you send us your logs so we can look into this and figure out what’s causing the error?

The logs would be in the following path:

  • /Appdata/Local/ConanSandbox/Saved/Logs

If you don’t have that folder, then you should find it here:

  • C:\Users\AppData\Local\Packages\FuncomOsloAS.ConanExiles_pkaskhy6cdq4g\LocalCache\Local\ConanSandbox\Saved\Logs

If you’re willing to help us further  , could you let us know the following:

  • 1- The login error always occurs to you w...

Hi Exiles,

The Isle of Siptah subforum has been folded into the General Discussion forum. All existing topics in the Isle of Siptah subforum are intact, just migrated over. Nothing has been lost, and all existing links to topics in the original category will remain intact and will not need updating.

Hey @KmKn, thank you for the detailed report, the issue has been registered and our team will look into it as soon as possible.

Could you confirm if you had any thralls following you sinking into the mesh, or did it only happen to the thralls that were set to guard over the terrain mesh after you returned to their location?

That issue is solved and coming with the next patch. Unfortunately, pushing patches on PS4 (and Xbox) is not as easy and immediate as on PC. But it is coming.

There’s no news we can share about this other than this and other similar reports are undergoing internal testing in QA to find a reliable repro case for the problem, which we haven’t found yet.

Merged another thread into this one dealing with a slightly different outcome of the same issue. Also changed the title of the topic to better identify the problem.

To summarize, the issue seems to stem from a bottleneck on loading assets (being textures, models or geommetry). It does seem to be worse on PS4Pro and PS5 systems, most likely due to the enhanced settings for the Pro model, which the PS5 also inherits. Installing on an SSD (or a PS5’s internal storage) alleviates, but does not stop these issues, especially on Pro and PS5.

These are the issues now being looked into. There’s no ETA we can share at the moment for a fix, but at the moment this sits as the top issue in terms of priority for PS4 internally.

Hi @Fubar236, could you please provide a screenshot of the in-game map pointing at the exact location of your base, as well as one or more screenshots of said base as seen from its exterior and the spot where the mobs spawned?

Player claim should prevent most mobs from spawning, but there might be certain cases or areas in which the spawners are not fully blocked by the claimed area.

Hey everybody,

We have had to moderate a certain message on this thread due to targetted harassment towards one group of our community and some wildly unfortunate analogies.
Please, do not use any disagreement as an excuse for insults and forum PvP. Do strive to be constructive and excellent to each other.

Merged thread with the one mentioned above to increase visibility, as they stem from the same issue.

Hey all,

Thanks for sending us your reports. We’re still looking into this issue and they’ll come in handy to identify the problem. And for what we’ve gathered, we’ve also seen this to be an intermitent issue. Even in internal testing, those of us who got hit by the problem could reconnect on a second attempt, like @whitcrane mentioned.
We still need to identify the core issue and iron it out, however. So thanks again for those of you sending us your logs.
