I had no problem running two, three or four servers on the same machine, as long as they had correctly set-up ports.

Have you tried disabling the firewall to see if that helps, have you looked at the game server logs to see if there was some messages showing that there was at least some attempts at connecting? (using Direct Connect. Don’t trust the steam list of the server browser: It’s not because the server does not appear on the list that it is not up and running)

In short, you logged out sometime after midnight and your base was intact, then at about 3 in the morning it disappeared without any event log message?

Was no building piece or placeable left in the location where your base was at? Could you specify the exact location it was built on?

Also, was the sandstone foundation logged at 03.24.06 possibly part of your base?

Hello @Arch_Angel795, in addition to Wak4863’s questions, did you actively check the map room’s decay timer?

Did this occur after the server restart?

You can also access it by clicking on one of the blue buttons to open the windows explorer on the settings or logs, move up to levels, then go down into the Binaries folder.

We’re aware of this issue, caused by some changes in how repos are delivered in the Steam backend. We’re still trying to find a solution for it but until then, you can use the executables directly (in \steamapps\common\Conan Exiles - Testlive Client\ConanSandbox\Binaries\Win64).

They say all good things must come to an end. This is my last week at Funcom as community manager and it’s time for me to spread my wings and fly.

It’s been a great 3.5 years for me here at Funcom. I’ve gotten to be a part of so many incredibly cool things and worked on some amazing games. I’ve also gotten to know all of you, the community, and it’s been a treat seeing everyone’s feedback, discussions and suggestions for Conan Exiles, Mutant Year Zero, and the others. I’ve learned so much and have had a lot of fun doing it.

Do you have a list of the settings you are trying to write and in which files/sections exactly?

Normally the launcher ignores (and leaves there) any setting it does not know about, but obviously it could be buggy

That being said, the game server itself is known to rewrite the ini files and remove what it does not like, so one thing you could try (just to make sure) is to launch the server with the launcher, just to make sure it’s fully updated, etc… then shutdown the server, quit the server launcher, modify the ini files, and then manually (without the launcher) start the game server again, and when the server is running, check if your changes are still in the ini file, then cleanly quit the server, and check again.
