Could you try playing without mods, and upload the corresponding log here please? Sometimes the mod-related spam in the logs can cloud what we’re looking at.

I can see Celebrimbor the level 17 Veteran was deleted on Fri 27 Oct 2023 16:22:05 UTC.
Unfortunately. we’re not yet able to restore operatives. What we can do is level up a recreated Veteran to match your previous one.
Disappointingly, this would be without any of the operative’s previous equipment, as we have no visibility of it once deleted.

Sorry I don’t have any reliable solutions for this, I can only recommend perhaps a ‘Selective Startup’ to rule out any external interference:

Do you happen to have GeForce Experience still installed on your PC, or any remnants of it? Make sure it’s all wiped!
