This is a bug! It should say to do 5k damage in one hit. Sorry for the confusion!

We're doing work to combine currencies to reduce the amount we have in the game. This one slipped out early, and it's unpolished.

The price will be adjusted in the future and all ace chips will convert to dust.

In the time being, speeding up cells has never been so cheap. Might as well take advantage of that while you can ;)

frostwulf fits great, but e.g. flameborn and deepfrost gnashers? not so much. some like those feel like they're bound to be variants forever

plus, the more unique behemoths you add the more you have to consider how they're hunted. at first, every behemoth with its own gear had somewhere that it's a guaranteed spawn on a hunting ground; but if you turn every variant into a new behemoth, then i don't think you can cleanly fit 9 new hunting grounds islands into the roster. and if they're not guaranteed spawns anywhere, then we're back to the ol' pursuits vs. hunting grounds debate all over again!

Yep, that is something else we have to consider. We’ve talked about adding ways for players to control spawning of behemoths a bit more, like a bait system, but haven’t prioritized it yet.

To be frank it would he rather annoying if it doesn't get fixed soon, how else is someone supposed to check if they got the drops they wanted.
It may become a serious issue to those who will be concerned with their rewards at the end of the fight.

What's the bug precisely? Is the loot just not there? All loot or some? Any info helps!

Hi Slayers,

Since we’ve launched 1.8.0, we’ve been investigating the following bugs:

  • Increased crashes
  • Ace chips not appearing
  • Weekly challenges not registering correctly

Due to these issues, we will be relaunching 1.8.0. This means that next week, we will return to maintenance to redeploy the 1.8.0 build. This will allow us to fix the crashes and instability with weekly challenges. We would love to do this immediately, but first, we need the build to clear the certification process across all platforms.

Weekly Challenges

Right now, weekly challenges completed within Escalations are not granting coins immediately. These are credited on the next completed challenge outside of an Escalation. This will be addressed in 1.8.1 For now, complete another challenge, and if you’re out, please wait until next week’s challenges to arrive.
