Hunt pass is shorter now and we drop way less "hunt pass currency" than other seasons. I used to drop a lot last pass now I drop max 24 in heroics.
You should at least keep the drops equal if you shorten the length of a season.
We have not changed drops.

Issue: Users get stuck on the loading screen after exiting the Character Creator for the first time
Rate: Frequent but not 100%
What we are doing: We are still in the process of nailing down what is happening here so that we can fix it.
Issue: Regular Nayzaga can spawn into the Dauntless difficulty of Trials. When this happens, it allows those times to be counted on the leaderboards.
Rate: Ocasional
What we are doing: Ideally we can identify the hunts on the leaderboards where this happened and wipe those specific times. If that is not pos...

Hi, I'm experiencing some bugs after the recent patch.
- No audio at times.
- No longer receiving Steel Marks after completions. Have 500 Steel Marks currently but can't seem to get more even after multiple completions. The Steel Marks do pop up after slaying Nayzaga but they're not added to my account.
- Heroic Patrol and Heroic + Patrol "Rewards Screens" not displaying rewards earned. Not even sure if I've gotten materials after completion.

The steel marks cap is intended. We also closed Lady Luck's store (for now) because there was an issue of too many steel marks being given to some users. More info soon.

How is a separate server instance of a different build complicated to implement? If you planned to release said update/patch, then you already have it nearly ready, so just release it on the CTE/PTE. It can be closed for all we care. Just get players in there to do the testing because clearly QA isn't working out as it stands.
1) Because we always work to get the builds as polished and jawesome as we can, and keeping the right version "public facing" in a way that is free of errors and therefore representative is complicated
2) If it is already nearly ready, putting it in players' hands doesn't do a ton of good

Read moreIdk why developers refuse to use CTE/PTE. It just seems like common sense, especially on the PC platform. It's essentially free patch testing. All they have to do is fire up some more servers. Better patches = happier players = likelihood of players spending real money on a good product.
From my time as both a SrsGamer™ and game developer, I can tell you that if you see a recurring problem in game development that seems to have an obvious solution that's not being used --- it's probably that the solution is more complicated than it seems :D
In general, game developers are people who like to solve hard problems with creative solutions. So if there's a weird problem that's not being solved it's not for a lack of initiative or thought.
CTE/PTR is hard. It's complicated to get the right builds and the right people in while juggling player expectations and also delivering an experience which meets quality expectations.
That being said, we are always pushing for more ways to get as much feedback and hands-on time as we can!

How long passes go. We're looking at data and learning about how long a pass should be. We want the majority of players who engage to complete the pass without feeling major timecrush.
How HPXP is awarded. This is something coming with a suite of improvements that we are making to the HP. Right now, the only real way to grind HPXP is break parts, and it's a little .... attenuated for our tastes.
We want the Hunt Passes to be a length that is exciting and fun to complete, but we also don't want them to overstay their welcome. Keeping Ramsgate a living, vibrant place is important to us...

Expected Behavior: Being able to hear the game
Actual Behavior: No sound what so ever. Was fine when I logged in at the start of this three hour run. Been silent ever since my second patrol.

Almost everybody I know having these issues on PC at least is running an i5. I am having serious CPU Resource issues. My RTX 2070 is fine I wish I could split the load there.
