OK Q_bill the problem there could be that Win 11 is not officially supported yet until it's full release.

You are free to make suggestions to Steam themselves in their forum for Steam related things, as this relates to them and not us. The game uses EAC and not VAC - if you want to suggest Steam how to treat VAC banned accounts differently, the Dead by Daylight forums not the right place.

This is only if you already earned them, however if you did not, you can still earn them, as they become generic achievements.

All the achievements related to Stranger Things will be made generic - so if you've already unlocked the achievement then the new achievement will be unlocked automatically for you.

We don't have achievements that are unobtainable.

Yes the extra cosmetics are only available when you purchase the full DLC, not when you buy the characters individually using Auric Cells/Shards etc.
