This is not a bug as far as I'm aware. Please report the player in the End Game report system and send any additional evidence to Support: https://support.deadbydaylight.com/hc/en-us/requests/new You will know which player it is, as it will be the Survivor that was not showing in game.

Have you tried buying add-ons again to see what happens? Also, even if you reinstalled, try to verify the integrity of your files through properties and see what happens.

When you spend bloodpoints on a character, the items/offerings/addons/perks etc that you purchase are exclusive to that character. You have to level up each character individually.

The Naming & Shaming rule is part of Steams Rules as well as our own (we also have it on our Official Forum).

We don't wish to start witch hunts against users/players and we will not have our platforms used to do that.
With how easy it is to forge screenshots and videos and with how many people think someone is cheating when they're not - for example seen with an aura reading perk then get accused of "wall hacking", we don't wish to start attacks on players unnecessarily.

We have our own report system to handle anything that happens in game and request that players use that, and not the forums.

No it's not going to be nearly impossible to get...also the achievement will be changed to reflect the change from Ranks to Grades.

With everyone being reset to Ash, it's roughly 90 pips to get to the highest Grade (same as it is now) and is not that much different to the way it was when the game first launched and a lot of us managed to get the Rank 1 achievement back then, so I don't really see that it's going to be any different now.

No, so basically, the achievements be adjusted to say Grades instead of Ranks. You can still obtain them :) They stay the same in itself.

Names of players are not something we can take action on, that's down to Steam themselves (or if they're console, the platform that they're on).

Our disconnection penalties are kept small initially to allow for situations where you are disconnected due to a bug etc. To have enabled a 6 hour penalty, you must have disconnected numerous times prior to when you lost connection, as the penalty increases each and every time, and decays over a different period of time.

You can no longer get Legacy. It was given as a reward to the players who played back when the game initially launched, it ended on the 24th November 2016.

Sadly, in-game reports are necessary for it to be filed properly.
