Survivors can Bless a Hex Totem removing the Hex, and placing their Blessing on it.

I recommend taking some time first to look at the characters and their unique perks, because you need to unlock them first before you can try to get them on other characters. They are called teachable perks, which you can get at level 30, 35 and 40 on each character.

The reason why I recommend is that you might really want someone's specific perks, but it will take some time to level up the main character you play and the other character. Let's say you really love to play Claudette, but you like Dwights unique perks more, you level both up at the same time. It takes much longer before you can unlock the Dwight teachables than it would have if you just had picked Dwight from the start.

Your rating will be based on other Killers rather than the default/lowest rating. it'll adjust itself from there depending on how you play that new killer, so if you don't do so great with the new killer, you rating will be lowered. Then you'll slowly get paired with survivors you're most comfortable with.
So it depends on how you perform as a killer and then with the individual killer - if it turns out you are amazing with the new Killer from the get go, your rating will stay the same when you started the new Killer or even increase.

If you are not performing too great with the Trickster, your rating will adjust itself to how you're playing and what you're comfortable with. That will then give you the time to get the grasps of the killer and get more comfortable with him. If you are not too bad with him, but not performing like you usually do, it'll only take a few matches, however, if you truly are doing way worse with him, it might take more.

As long as the map holder has Crystal Bead equipped and charges the map, other survivors can see the items around the map, no matter where they are. The only condition is that the map owner has actually "registered" those objects, e.g. got close enough for them to be tracked.
