If this is the same killer over and over again, please report them as being AFK in every round is ruining the games for other people. AFK going once or twice, because of an emergency, that is fine, but if someone is AFK each time you face them, that is not okay. If possible, please report them to support if you know who did it and if you can provide proof of it being a DDOS, too. Check in with your ISP to make sure if everything is okay.

But essentially, they'll come once MMR is implemented properly in the game! Once MMR is implemented, ranks don't determine who you face anymore really, that's when rank rewards would be enabled. There is no timeframe for that yet.

Check your Steam download settings, also the download region. That sounds more like a Steam related thing during the downloading process. Downloads themselves are managed through the Steam - possibility of Steam having a hiccup maybe in your region too, it does happen. Also make sure you don't have throttle enabled in the Steam download settings.

If you mean the installation, that's different from downloading.

Another edit, if this occurs with multiple games possibly or generally big and fast downloads, I have excellent internet too, but my router is not made for glass fiber right now, so it crashes when a download goes "too fast" (It was fine before glass fiber was started to being utilized). That can happen, even if your connection is excellent.

Do you mean in the end-game chat? If you're using it to use slurs, heavy insults or anything rule breaking, then yes. Those have remained bannable no matter what.

Generally, we do not recommend bypassing the filter though.

Also it's prohobited on Steam to bypass the profanity filter.

The game is not supported on Mac, if you check out the Steam minimum requirements. You can try to use a Windows port on Mac, but it might be more or less trial and error.
