This is not something we really condone, it's there for a reason, too. Altering anything related to the game is done at your own risk.

Due to how easy it is to simulate something like this, generally DC systems like this do not differentiate, as otherwise it'd be easy cause it intentionally. If you have connection issues, please make sure to fix these first, whether that be outage or not. During an internet outage, it is not recommended either way to try to play online games.

That's why the DC timer also starts out slow, to account for situations like this, so if you got any issues with either your internet or anything else, you can try to fix them first.

It is quite simple and has existed before the charm - this is not a new rule at all. It's been always in place, as people can do it.

However, specific conditions must be met and if reported properly, they can easily be proven. If a player who plays survivor notices they face the same killer (a person) several times and each time the killer makes sure they are the only one who gets tunneled out of the gam and quickly killed, even ignoring others... Each and every single time, the intention is clear here. The killer doesn't do it with the others, only with them. The killer engages in a otherwise normal gameplay, that does not involve tunneling them out of the game. This will ruin the survivors experience long term, because they are the only one who is being targeted and it is repeated.

Now they start recording it after they noticed it, boom, 15 matches (example amount) later, 15 recordings later, they have reported it each time and provided evidenc... Read more

In this case, if they had done nothing at all (if they never got crows, they were intentionally moving around to avoid them), then this would possibly fall under holding the game hostage due to the duration of them not doing anything at all. If you got any proof in regards of this and already reported them in the game, please take further steps and send the additional evidence to support: https://support.deadbydaylight.com/hc/en-us

It is for the MMR. That way there doesn't need to be a whole patch to implement MMR.

They added skill based matchmaking that was tied to each killer. So if you tried a new killer youd be lower skill bracket. So they removed the ability to change killer.

Then this matchmaking was temp removed. We are still waiting for it. Killer were not changed back

If you have reason to report something that happened in game, please use the in-game report system and send your video evidence to Support.

We do not police other platforms other than our own for obvious reasons.

Camping and slugging are valid strategies and not bannable. Please read the game rules and if people don't break the rules, they won't be banned, no matter what: https://forum.deadbydaylight.com/en/kb/articles/137-forum-rules

In the game, you can click on a killer and check their perks and abilities, that's how you can find out how they work and in which ways. Generally, if your trap was put on before the last gen was finished and you run out of the gate, it'll kill you. If she puts it on after the last gen is done, you won't be killed.

Accessibility should not be blocked behind a perk. This is a matter of accessibility, not a matter of balance.

It is a grey area, but we do recommend playing the game. If you AFK every match you play in, this will be bannable as you are not playing the game and ruining it for others. There are other scenarios out there too. Please play the game how it is intended to be played.
