Nobody is being banned for the cosmetic glitch for a start, and yes hackers/cheaters do get banned and if you play against someone who you suspect of cheating, please use the in game report tool...and send additional evidence to Support.

Abusing any sort of bug in game is definitely a "do at your own risk" - this is the same thing. I can't say for certain whether or not it will lead to a ban, but I'd advise to err on the side of safety and until official word is out, don't abuse a bug.

Please also keep in mind the game keeps expanding, so this means more space is needed as more contents gets added, etc.
