If you are forcing survivors to farm, then yes that can be bannable.
A lot of players do not want to farm and want to play a proper match because farming matches are incredibly boring.

You need to have double pipped to get the achievement so 4 iri's

This is a known bug that's already been reported.

As of now it cannot be made available on other platforms, but they know it's a community wish and they're trying to make it possible, but there are no guarantees.
