That’s one of the issues with being a dwarf. Even when you say “hey, my eyes are up here”, your eyes are still low enough to count as being down there. :(

That said, Bulk Detonators are honestly pretty unfair on Salvage, since there really isn't much counterplay. You can't leave the circle to kite them, you can't just hide behind the objective to protect yourself, they have far too much health to easily down before they get close, and one single blast from it is likely to down the whole team. On higher hazard levels a BD spawning during the objective basically just means a loss through literally no fault of your own, and it gets really frustrating because you feel like there was honestly nothing you could have done.
Yeah, I share the concerns and I’ve raised them - we’re looking at making that less of an issue. We definitely don’t want a spawn to mean you’re certain of losing.
The moment I realized one of the devs posted this and not some random made me slap my forehead. Do you guys really not have a better way of doing this? :D
I could have changed weapons which would have dropped it right in front of me... but I didn’t think of that in the moment. :D
Half-way through they added a new feature too, that made it harder to do, but that’s not in the vids, since I reverted to an older version. :D

THIS is why I'm scared to buy the game on Xbox.
I REALLY want the PlayAnywhere capability, but getting updates so much later than other players absolutely blows. I know it's not the devs fault, but that's just another reason for me to just get it on Steam as opposed to Xbox. (also mod support if/when that's a thing)
I learned my lesson from Ark: Survival Evolved.
This is not the norm. It was the result of Microsoft switching to a new automated system, which apparently had an issue with something in the Unreal Engine. That required the update to need manual approval, then E3 happened, and summer holidays - a long line of unfortunately timed events.

I’m confused about a couple of things. Why did you want the egg to land where it did? Second thing is what is the significance of the link showing the robot picking up the egg and dropping it?
What Sovos said. I had to make a <7 second gif of Bosco picking something up for the hotfix we introduced that in. Having it on the ground looked plain boring, and I wanted to avoid Bosco clipping through any solids.
Those vents were perfect for holding an egg upright for the purpose of making a short clip, I just failed spectacularly in setting it up.
When's the official merch coming? I would totally buy a banner like this or a lootbug plushy.
